In collaboration with the University of Nebraska Extension, the County Official Online Learning (COOL) Network is a hybrid educational course that includes a three-week online session in May 2025, followed by one in-person session in Kearney, NE, on June 4, 2025.

Courthouse infrastructure, Information Technology risk management
Visioning and strategic planning
