Meet Jacque Rico, the NACO Pandhandle District representative, ready to help county employees and the communities they serve navigate Medicare and the sometimes-complicated insurance marketplace.
Jacque began her career concentrating on supplemental benefits through Aflac and Family Heritage. She has since expanded her focus to include Medicare and works hard to stay current with required certifications and ongoing training to keep up with the frequent changes to the Medicare landscape.
“Medicare is a very complicated animal to understand. Having professional guidance can help avoid many headaches. I ensure there is a clear understanding of your options and consult yearly with clients to make sure they are on the right plan,” she said.
Jacque’s goal is to ensure clients clearly understand their options and are always on the plan that best fits their needs. Whether by Zoom, phone, or in person, she’s always ready to help.
Jacque grew up in Grand Island and once again calls the city home after living all across Nebraska. Her parents own a Mexican restaurant in Gordon, and she affectionately calls her four chihuahuas Toby, Goldie, Peanut, and Pepper her “children.”
