Cancellation Policy: Registrants who give written cancellation prior to deadline will receive full refund. Cancellations received after deadline will not be eligible for refund. Registrants who do not cancel prior to deadline, do not attend and did not pay are still required to pay registration fee. Registrations are non-transferable.
